About Travis

In my early 20’s, I moved to Lincoln in 1998. I married my wife, Shannon, just a few short years later. In 2001, while expecting the birth or our first child, we opted to move back to Shannon’s hometown of Panama to give our children the “small town Nebraska” quality of life that she had grown up with. Shannon and I have 2 kids – our daughter Payton (20), and Alex (18), our son.

Over the last 20+ years, my wife and I have built 4 successful businesses – and employ several people – right here in Panama. We love our community and enjoy being able to give back in any way possible! This includes activities such as organizing “Movies in the Park” – where we project classic movies on side of the Fire-barn – to building a sleigh and playing Santa Claus each year, where we go house-to-house delivering gifts and cheer. I’ve also served on the Village Board for over 10 years and as Chairman for two years. I couldn’t imagine a better place to raise a family – or any place in the world I’d rather call home – than southeast Nebraska!
